This was a very frustrating experience, a huge waste of time, energy and money. I had some work done from them a few years ago and had a good experience, so I decided to work with them again. I wish that I didn’t. Hamza, who handled my project, would only communicate by email and refused to have a short conversation by phone even though I requested it over 5 times. A simple phone call would have saved everyone a lot of time and energy. There were so many miscommunications about many things. When I got the sign it was very flimsy and thin with air bubbles in the finish. They agreed to replace it. The one they brought to replace it had a grayed out, grainy finish. For $550, I was expecting better quality. They said they would take back the signs and refund it, but I can’t operate my business without any signs and do not have the bandwidth to go through the whole process with another company at the moment, so I am taking a loss. I will have to throw the sandwich board sign away because it is so thin and flimsy and gets blown down by the wind several times per day. I am very disappointed with the communication, the service and the quality of the signs. If you use this company, I hope that you have better luck than I did. I also recommend that you insist on having a phone conversation with them before doing business. Only communicating by email did not work. It was a huge waste of time and energy. They did their best, it was just a bad job.
