Whether you’re opening a restaurant on Ferry Street in the Ironbound, rebranding an office near Penn Station, or upgrading signage for a warehouse, healthcare practice, or mixed-use property in any of Newark’s wards, our team delivers signs engineered for Newark’s dense business corridors, diverse property types, and the real conditions of working in an NJ urban market.
Custom Business & Office Signage Solutions in Newark, NJ
Newark businesses operate across a wide range of environments — street-level retail corridors, multi-tenant office buildings, industrial facilities, restaurant strips, healthcare campuses, and residential developments. Each location has its own visibility challenges, surface conditions, building rules, and foot traffic patterns that determine what kind of signage works.
A restaurant in the Ironbound, a law office near Broad Street, a warehouse in the Port Newark area, a medical practice near University Hospital, and a retail store in Downtown Newark all need different signage decisions. Some need storefront channel letters, awnings, or blade signs. Others need lobby signs, office directories, ADA signage, window graphics, vehicle wraps, or construction site graphics.
Signs NYC handles the complete signage process for Newark businesses — site surveys, design, fabrication, printing, installation, repair, removal, and maintenance. We work with business owners, property managers, contractors, architects, retail teams, healthcare administrators, and local organizations to produce signage that fits the space and performs in daily use.

From start to finish, they were super communicative & helpful explaining the process. They were thorough & professional, from coordinating logistics to the onsite team for installation. We had them install frosting on our conference rooms in our office & they look fabulous--just what we wanted! I would recommend them to anyone & if we ever need similar services, I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.Posted on Savannah MonacoTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The fastest signage turnaround I’ve seen in New York! The on-site team was professional, flexible, and great to work with. We’ve been working with this printing company for years, and the service has always been excellent! The team is professional, responsive, and always delivers high-quality printing. Turnaround time is fast, and they consistently go above and beyond to make sure everything looks perfect. Highly recommend!Posted on Bart BeckermannTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This was a very frustrating experience, a huge waste of time, energy and money. I had some work done from them a few years ago and had a good experience, so I decided to work with them again. I wish that I didn’t. Hamza, who handled my project, would only communicate by email and refused to have a short conversation by phone even though I requested it over 5 times. A simple phone call would have saved everyone a lot of time and energy. There were so many miscommunications about many things. When I got the sign it was very flimsy and thin with air bubbles in the finish. They agreed to replace it. The one they brought to replace it had a grayed out, grainy finish. For $550, I was expecting better quality. They said they would take back the signs and refund it, but I can’t operate my business without any signs and do not have the bandwidth to go through the whole process with another company at the moment, so I am taking a loss. I will have to throw the sandwich board sign away because it is so thin and flimsy and gets blown down by the wind several times per day. I am very disappointed with the communication, the service and the quality of the signs. If you use this company, I hope that you have better luck than I did. I also recommend that you insist on having a phone conversation with them before doing business. Only communicating by email did not work. It was a huge waste of time and energy. They did their best, it was just a bad job.Posted on Michael AnthonyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. After comparing several sign companies, I confidently chose Signs NY. Their competitive pricing, combined with their exceptional quality, made them the clear winner. The sign they created for my restaurant is stunning and has garnered numerous compliments.Posted on welcome homeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We worked with Hamza and his team for months as we geared up to open our bakery. They were helpful, professional, quick to respond, clear communicators, and made sure everything was PERFECT before even addressing payment - something that we really appreciated as small business owners! We couldn't be happier with the painted signage up top and metallic details on the windows. Thank you Hamza and thank you Signs NY!Posted on Ryan WinterTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had a great experience with this company getting vinyl signage made for my cafe. They were prompt, communicative, and the product looks great.
