Professional Graphics Installation Services in NYC & East Coast

A Graphics Installation Company Serving NYC and East Coast
Signs New York installs graphics, wraps, decals, murals, and adhesive films on every commercial surface — for businesses, property managers, fleet operators, marketing agencies, and trade-partner sign shops across the New York metropolitan area.
As a sign company, we install graphics on every surface that takes vinyl — windows and storefronts, walls and interiors, vehicles and fleets, floors, buildings and scaffolding, and the specialty surfaces other installers say no to.
Our installation team has been applying commercial graphics across NYC for 35+ years. We work with retail, hospitality, healthcare, real estate, construction, transportation, and institutional clients on direct installation contracts — and with sign shops, print providers, and marketing agencies on white-label trade installations where we operate as the install partner behind the brand.
Every installation is matched to substrate, environment, and durability requirements. We carry premium vinyl from 3M, Avery Dennison, and Orafol, and apply films using manufacturer-specified prep, temperature, and post-heat protocols — so your graphics adhere properly the first time and come off cleanly when it’s time for them to come down.

Trade Pricing for Sign Shops, Print Providers & Agencies
A significant share of our installation work runs through trade partners. White-Label Installation Services for the Trade
Signs New York is a sign shop, not a print broker — which means we can install your printed work without competing for your client. Trade-partner installations remain confidential, and completion reports are issued under your branding so the documentation reaches your client looking like your work.
Trade pricing applies to repeat installation work, multi-site programs, and recurring partner accounts. Apply for a trade account and we’ll set up account terms, dispatch contact, and standing pricing for your typical installation scope.
What Trade Partners Receive
- Account pricing for installation work, with rates set against typical scope
- White-label completion reports prepared with partner branding
- Certificates of Insurance issued in your client's name in advance of installation
- Non-disclosure agreements available — your template or ours
- Installations remain confidential; we do not solicit your end clients
- Named project manager for active trade accounts and rollout programs
Why Choose Signs New York for Graphics Installation
Installing graphics in New York is different from installing them anywhere else. Manhattan office towers, mall tenant spaces, healthcare facilities, scaffolded sidewalks, and DOB-regulated façades all come with their own access rules, scheduling windows, and documentation requirements. Six structural reasons to work with us:
01
Built for NYC building access & COI requirements
Most NYC office buildings, malls, hospitals, and managed properties require Certificates of Insurance naming the building, property manager, and tenant as additional insureds — issued before the install crew arrives. We carry $5M general liability, workers' comp, and OSHA documentation as standard, and our office turns COIs around quickly with the exact additional-insured language each building demands.
04
3M certified installers & premium materials
Our installation team is 3M certified and we work with films from 3M, Avery Dennison, and Orafol — matched to substrate and environment. Installations follow manufacturer-specified protocols for surface prep, application temperature, post-heat, and overlam selection, so the graphics adhere properly and stay adhered.
02
After-hours, early-morning & overnight installation
Storefronts, malls, and offices rarely allow installation during operating hours. Our crews schedule retail window installs after store close, mall installs after mall hours, office wall installs after the workday ends, and lobby projects overnight. Off-hours work is built into our standard scheduling — quoted upfront with the project, not added as an emergency premium.
05
Family-owned NYC sign shop, three generations, since 1989
Signs New York has been installing commercial graphics in NYC for 35+ years. That tenure shows up in long-tenured install crews, established supplier relationships, knowledge of which buildings have which access protocols, and the operational continuity to handle multi-month and multi-site programs without staff turnover.
03
NYC DOB permits, scaffolding & height work
Building wraps, sidewalk shed signs, and scaffolding installs in NYC require Department of Buildings permits, wind-rated mesh, compliant attachment hardware, and OSHA-certified crews for height work. We coordinate the permit process, specify wind-load-tested materials, and handle rigging documentation as part of the install.
06
Multi-site rollout project management
For multi-location, multi-site, and recurring portfolio installations, one named project manager runs the program — spec sheets per location, sequenced installation by region or rollout date, and per-site completion reports issued under one consolidated program file. One PM, one phone number, one invoice cadence.
A Local NYC Graphics Installation Company — Boroughs, Neighborhoods & East Coast
From our NYC facility, Signs New York installs graphics across every NYC borough and out into the surrounding tri-state. We know the neighborhoods, the building access protocols, the loading zones, and the dispatch routes — because we’ve been installing in them since 1989.
Local installation matters more in New York than almost anywhere else. The same vehicle wrap that takes one day in a suburban shop takes a different setup in a Manhattan parking garage. The same window decal that goes up in 30 minutes off-hours in Queens takes a coordinated schedule with building security in a Midtown office tower. The same scaffolding wrap that’s straightforward in New Jersey requires DOB permits, wind-rated mesh, and OSHA documentation in NYC.
We dispatch installation crews daily across all five boroughs — Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island — and into northern New Jersey, Long Island, Westchester County, and Connecticut. Our standing relationships with NYC property management firms, mall operators, retail chains, and trade-partner sign shops mean access protocols and COI templates are usually already on file before the work order comes in.
For graphics installations beyond the daily dispatch zone — multi-site rollouts that extend up the Northeast corridor, into Pennsylvania, or out to Connecticut — we coordinate as a single program with one project manager, consistent crew assignment, and per-site completion reports under one consolidated file.

Needed urgent vinyl adhesive window clings for a branding project with a tight turnaround and SignsNY was the only place that didn't laugh at me when I told them we needed them in the same day. They executed quickly and communication was top notch throughout the process!Posted on Baila ManneTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Highly recommend!Posted on Margarita KoshelevaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We’ve been working with this printing company for years, and the service has always been excellent! The team is professional, responsive, and always delivers high-quality printing. Turnaround time is fast, and they consistently go above and beyond to make sure everything looks perfect. Highly recommend!Posted on Bart BeckermannTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This was a very frustrating experience, a huge waste of time, energy and money. I had some work done from them a few years ago and had a good experience, so I decided to work with them again. I wish that I didn’t. Hamza, who handled my project, would only communicate by email and refused to have a short conversation by phone even though I requested it over 5 times. A simple phone call would have saved everyone a lot of time and energy. There were so many miscommunications about many things. When I got the sign it was very flimsy and thin with air bubbles in the finish. They agreed to replace it. The one they brought to replace it had a grayed out, grainy finish. For $550, I was expecting better quality. They said they would take back the signs and refund it, but I can’t operate my business without any signs and do not have the bandwidth to go through the whole process with another company at the moment, so I am taking a loss. I will have to throw the sandwich board sign away because it is so thin and flimsy and gets blown down by the wind several times per day. I am very disappointed with the communication, the service and the quality of the signs. If you use this company, I hope that you have better luck than I did. I also recommend that you insist on having a phone conversation with them before doing business. Only communicating by email did not work. It was a huge waste of time and energy. They did their best, it was just a bad job.Posted on Michael AnthonyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. After comparing several sign companies, I confidently chose Signs NY. Their competitive pricing, combined with their exceptional quality, made them the clear winner. The sign they created for my restaurant is stunning and has garnered numerous compliments.Posted on welcome homeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We worked with Hamza and his team for months as we geared up to open our bakery. They were helpful, professional, quick to respond, clear communicators, and made sure everything was PERFECT before even addressing payment - something that we really appreciated as small business owners! We couldn't be happier with the painted signage up top and metallic details on the windows. Thank you Hamza and thank you Signs NY!Posted on Ryan WinterTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had a great experience with this company getting vinyl signage made for my cafe. They were prompt, communicative, and the product looks great.

Yes. Vinyl removal, surface preparation, and any required restoration are coordinated with the installation.
