What is Gator Foam?

Gator Foam (Gatorfoam) is a rigid display board built around a dense extruded-polystyrene core bonded between two hard wood-fiber veneer facers. That veneer is what sets it apart from ordinary foam board — it resists denting, holds its shape, and delivers a refined matte surface for high-resolution graphics. It’s a favorite for presentations, exhibits, gallery prints, and premium interior displays where appearance and durability both matter. Like all foam-core boards it’s strictly an indoor material, but among them it’s one of the strongest and most professional-looking options available.
