Custom Neon Signs Built with Real Glass Tubing
Traditional neon starts with straight glass tubing that is heated and bent to follow the shape of lettering, logos, symbols, and custom artwork. Once the neon tubing is formed, electrodes are attached, the tubes are processed and filled, and the completed sign is wired, mounted, and tested.
We build each project around the artwork, overall size, viewing distance, mounting surface, and installation conditions. Neon can be used as standalone lettering, mounted inside a storefront window, attached to a support panel, or incorporated into a larger fabricated sign.

Neon Signs Made by Hand, One Bend at a Time
Real neon is still made the old-fashioned way. Glass tubes are heated over a flame and shaped by hand to follow the letters, curves, and details of the design before the sign is filled, wired, and illuminated.
Glass neon has been used in commercial signage for generations, but fewer shops work with it today. The process still depends on an experienced neon bender who can control the heat, make clean bends, keep the tubing even, and preserve the shape of the original artwork.
Custom tubing, lettering and logos Straight neon tubing is heated and bent over a full-size pattern to create the letters, logos, and shapes in the design.
Spacing, curves, tube diameter, color changes, and electrode locations are planned so the finished sign reads cleanly when illuminated.
The glass, supports, wiring, transformer placement, and mounting method are planned around where and how the sign will be installed.
LED-based products now cover much of the market, while real glass neon still relies on the hands-on skills of experienced neon benders.

Neon Signs Designed Around Your Artwork and Installation Needs
Not every logo or typeface can be transferred directly into glass tubing. We review the artwork for tube spacing, bend radius, letter size, color changes, and connection points before the sign goes into fabrication.
Depending on the project, we can mount the neon to clear supports, metal backing, a fabricated frame, an open-face sign structure, or directly to an approved installation surface. We also plan the electrical components and access around the final location.

NYC Neon Sign Company for Design, Fabrication and Installation
Artwork & Layout
We prepare the design around workable tube paths, bend locations, letter spacing, electrode positions, and mounting requirements.
Glass Bending & Fabrication
Straight glass tubing is heated and bent by hand to match the pattern. Backing panels, frames, cabinets, and structural components are fabricated to support the neon tubes.
Electrodes & Processing
Electrodes are attached to the glass tubes, which are then processed, evacuated, and prepared for gas filling and illumination.
Gas, Color & Assembly
Neon or argon gas, colored glass, and phosphor-coated tubing are selected, then assembled with the required supports, wiring, and sign components.
Professional Installation
Each neon tube and electrical connection is tested before installation. Our insured crews install commercial neon signs throughout NYC, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
Two Different Ways to Create the Neon Look
Traditional neon is made from formed glass tubing. Faux neon uses flexible LEDs to create a similar continuous-line appearance. The right option depends on the look, construction, and application you need.
Looking for traditional neon? Our custom neon signs are made with formed glass tubing. We can also discuss faux neon when an LED-based option makes more sense for the project.
What Goes Into the Price of a Custom Neon Sign?
There is no standard price for a made-to-order neon sign. A simple word in one color is a very different build from a detailed logo with multiple tube sections, custom metalwork, and on-site installation.

Mounting and Installation
The final location affects how the neon is supported, wired, accessed, and installed.
Wall or window mounting, electrical access, transformer location, installation height, lift or ladder access, site restrictions, and whether the neon is part of a larger fabricated sign.
